Fulwood Engineering are supporting Fixit Medical Ltd in commercialising a new design of drainage catheter, the Cingo.

Fixit came to us with a concept design and the associated Technical File for the product.

 

We supported Fixit Medical Ltd by:

- Adding the detailed design features.

- Reviewing mould flow analysis undertaken by an academic institute.

- Creating manufacturing drawings with the required tolerances and inspection dimensions to ensure functional parts.

- Interfacing with manufacturers for adhesive backing and injection moulding to collect pricing and plan commercialisation.

- Supporting approvals process.​

We are continuing to support them with this product launch and we plan to collaborate on future additional products.
